Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading national accounts and sales teams, with a track record of delivering sustained commercial success.
  • Deep understanding of financial drivers, including margin, pricing, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Marketplace expertise in liquor, FMCG, consumer healthcare, or retail.

  • Systems savvy, using CRM or planning systems to enable smarter selling and sharper decision-making.
