Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the State Manager to create and execute a forward-thinking business strategy that captures new opportunities and enhances market position.
Business Development: Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Lead training sessions and workshops to improve client engagement and loyalty, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Market Analysis: Utilize advanced CRM tools to track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Use these insights to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Financial Management: Oversee budget development and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Compensation Package:
Salary: Competitive base salary starting at $110,000 per annum.
Superannuation: Additional contribution.
Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure.
Car Allowance: Includes fuel card and e-tag for business use.
Work Environment:
This full-time role is based in South Brisbane, offering hybrid work flexibility. Expect regular travel within the state and occasional interstate trips as you work closely with a dedicated and passionate team committed to achieving excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development and sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork and strategic relationship management.
