Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Agency Client Solutions Manager. This exciting opportunity involves building and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading media agencies across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of advertising agencies, experience in sales or partnership development, and exceptional analytical abilities.

  • Leveraging internal and external data to develop targeted growth strategies for key agency partners.
  • Establishing relationships with social, activation, digital, and performance teams within agencies.
  • Educating agencies on TikTok's advertising solutions and ensuring effective implementation across their client portfolios.
  • Identifying and addressing barriers to product adoption, providing customized support based on agency needs and maturity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet agency-specific requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in building new customer relationships, particularly with advertising agencies.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian Agency Landscape and existing relationships within this space.
  • Experience delivering results in sales or partnership development roles at digital media or advertising technology companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior agency contacts.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data to inform decision-making.
