About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our strategic partnership initiatives. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing strategies that advance population health objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and evaluate key strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Drive strategic collaboration and build high-impact partnerships with Population Health and other services.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to develop strategic plans and operational activities advancing population health objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse data to inform decision making and communicate insights clearly.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, planning, social science or equivalent and relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with problem-solving, negotiation and influence abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing high-level strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning skills with experience in developing strategic plans with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data analysis and communication skills.
  • High-level understanding of population and public health approaches in a local context.

This is a permanent full-time position with a 38 hour work week and remuneration between $127,150 and $144,444 per annum.
