The Role

This strategic talent acquisition manager role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.


You will source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with trade schools, conducting screenings and interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.


Responsibilities include coordinating the onboarding process, analyzing recruitment metrics, engaging with employees, and maintaining company culture and values through strategic hiring.


As part of our HR team, you will work on onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates, handling administrative tasks such as documentation, payroll, and meeting coordination.


Requirements
  • A degree in HR, business, or a related field (blue-collar recruitment experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt recruitment best practices
