Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be accountable for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring seamless candidate experience, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs, focusing on quality candidates and timely hiring.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including role briefings, advertising, screening, interviewing, and contract generation.
  • Social Media Presence: Maintain a professional online presence through social media platforms, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote job opportunities and enhance employer branding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives and outcomes.
  • Talent Pipelining: Establish and maintain talent pipelines to meet future staffing needs, proactively sourcing high-quality candidates.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and rapport-building.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with recruitment software, such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing tools.
