Talent International is currently seeking a Strategic Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Land Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing necessary sites, integrating findings from environmental and cultural heritage assessments.
About the Role
- This is an initial 6-month contract with a potential extension.
Main Responsibilities:
To manage land acquisition processes in line with policies and regulations, negotiate and liaise with vendors to finalise agreements, coordinate with assessment teams to incorporate findings into acquisition strategies, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of land acquisition objectives.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land acquisition, ideally in a government or public sector setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of acquisition processes and legislation.
- Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
