About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources division in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the business and play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop effective methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top professional talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including preparing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interview processes, and presenting offers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience managing full life cycle requisitions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professionals at individual contributor level up to executive level (VP/SVP).
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
