As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking an experienced HR Leader to join our People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

This key leadership role will oversee the Talent team, ensuring exceptional outcomes across all business units. You will lead and coach the team to evolve the recruitment function, attracting and retaining top talent while collaborating with leaders to optimise service delivery.

Based in Kensington, this role offers a unique blend of remote and office work arrangements, with three days spent at the office and two from home.

This exciting opportunity includes:

  • Developing and executing store recruitment processes for store leaders within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Managing a team and being proactive in problem-solving and commercial decision-making.
  • A passion for data-driven insights and process refinement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the business to build and enhance the Employee Value Proposition, reflecting our culture, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Driving the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across all business units.
  • Supporting hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a streamlined hiring process.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
