Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strategically source and engage best talent for key positions at Symal
  • Champion and develop strategic sourcing initiatives to support diversity across the organization
  • Continuously develop and manage a strong talent pool of potential candidates for both current and future vacancies
  • Develop and promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve efficiencies

About You:

  • You have extensive recruitment experience (either within agency or internal - ideally both) with a strong understanding of value-add recruitment - not just ticking a box
  • You possess a strong desire to partner with businesses and not just as a 'transactional recruiter'
  • You have a strong capability in managing stakeholders and taking initiative
  • Experience within the construction/infrastructure sector or related industries is highly desirable
