About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Philips, a leading health technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their HealthTech products and services are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technical service requests, problems, or planned service activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide solutions by utilizing remote/on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information, and knowledge.
  • Ensure First Time Right by implementing clear action plans, obtaining necessary parts, and executing diagnosis/troubleshooting information as required.
  • Handle all feedback and escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Seek lead generation opportunities for sales or value-added services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), medical, or science-related major within 2 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in an engineering, medical, or science-related environment is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals, with Certified Engineer/network engineer certification desirable.
  • Logical problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
