Customer Support Engineer - Central West NSW

Job Description

Your challenge

We're looking for a customer-oriented engineer to join our team in Central West NSW, responsible for servicing Lithgow through to Dubbo regions with occasional coverage across NSW as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our wider organisation to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships.
  • Manage and support technical escalations through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company process.
  • Provide best-in-class service to our customers with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development.
  • Be able to work reasonable additional hours outside business hours as necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the job role.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or experience as an Engineer in the Australian Defense Force.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full AU driver's license and Australian working rights.
  • Policing checks will be required during the onboarding process.
