Remote Service Engineer
Philips, a global leader in health technology, seeks a dedicated professional to join our team as a Remote Service Engineer for Image Guided Therapy, Cath Lab, or C-Arm Systems.
We offer a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to deliver exceptional technical service support to our customers, focusing on providing a seamless and personalized experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls, remotely diagnose issues, and create cases for IGT systems and devices
- Proactively monitor systems to ensure zero downtime, and escalate technical issues when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide efficient support and resolve customer queries
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving customer experience and identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Support field engineers with technical knowledge and ensure timely updates on parts delivery
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with experience in medical devices and complex system troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and commitment to customer service, with ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of service record quality and the importance of maintaining accurate records
