We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team, specializing in advanced imaging systems. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls from customers, remotely accessing systems to provide initial diagnosis, and creating cases for customer inquiries.
As a Technical Service Specialist, you will work closely with our technical support, technology, service, and commercial teams to ensure seamless interactions with customers and remove barriers to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls from customers, providing remote diagnosis for advanced imaging systems, and creating cases for customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively monitoring systems to achieve zero downtime and escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Providing efficient confirmation of parts availability, processing orders, and updating field engineers on part delivery.
- Ensuring internal and external customers are informed of next steps and any potential delays.
- Supporting field engineers with technical knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with relevant experience in technical maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems. A degree in biomedical engineering or a related field is desirable, along with previous experience in medical devices.
You should possess strong communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft products and IT skills is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
