About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team in NSW, Australia. As a key member of our customer-facing service engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class service including technical support, corrective & preventative maintenance, repairs, commissioning & installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.
  • Actively participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships (from pre-sales through to implementation and post-sales support).
  • Take a lead in managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are continually updated on progress according to company process.
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime.

What You'll Need
  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering background within the medical equipment or Biomedical industry and experience with CT and MRI would be advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree-level education or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
