Role Overview
In the capacity of Senior Credit Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with Emerging Corporate clients, Relationship Managers, and Product Specialists to conduct comprehensive credit evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
This position entails:
- Exhibiting expertise in specialized skills and competencies pertinent to the role.
- Prioritizing customer interests and employing a customer-focused methodology.
- Utilizing robust credit and industry portfolio analysis capabilities to formulate credit proposal recommendations.
- Overseeing compliance and evaluating both new and existing transactions.
- Maintaining a keen awareness of relevant sectors, significant trends, economic indicators, and market dynamics.
- Collaborating with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and the wider credit team to structure financial agreements.
- Managing a portfolio of Emerging Corporate clients.
- Working alongside Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to offer clients suitable ANZ products and solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to Group Audit standards, meeting quality assurance and audit compliance requirements, and addressing all issues promptly and efficiently.
- Engaging closely with lending services to minimize provisions.
- Fostering valuable relationships with operational teams to enhance efficiencies and reduce non-lending losses.
Qualifications and Skills

- Industry Acumen: A current and ongoing understanding of industry dynamics, including in-depth knowledge of market drivers, competitive factors, key customer success metrics, and credit approval influences.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: The ability to support clients by comprehending their requirements and advising them on relevant products or services.
- Credit Evaluation and Management: Skills in assessing, advising, monitoring, and/or approving a client's creditworthiness and risk, along with suitable credit structuring options.
- Relationship Development: Proficiency in building, nurturing, and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coaching Abilities: The capability to guide individuals towards their goals using effective coaching techniques.
- Portfolio Oversight: Experience in selecting, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of clients in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Business Analysis: The ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Compliance and Policy Management: Skills in identifying and interpreting relevant laws and standards to develop and manage policies and procedures.
