Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain productive partnerships with practitioner customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service levels.

  • Plan and conduct appointments, communications, and periodic account reviews with customers.
  • Represent PEXA at industry events, projecting a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image to target markets.
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, and transaction blockers, acting as the first point of escalation.
  • Advocate for and deliver data insights to drive innovation and behavior change in our customers' businesses.
Requirements
  • Background in Fin Tech, Prop Tech, legal or conveyancing.
  • Self-starter with an ability to identify business challenges and promote creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail orientation, and collaboration abilities.
  • Confident in your abilities, with a passion for networking and building sustainable relationships.
