About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Lead to join our team at PEXA. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and drive increased utilization of PEXA's innovative products.
  • Plan and conduct appointments, communications, and periodic account reviews with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service levels.
  • Represent PEXA at industry events to project a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image to target markets.
  • Resolve customer issues, queries, and transaction blockers in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate PEXA's offerings with clarity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
