We are seeking a talented and inspiring Relationship Manager to join our Perth team at Computershare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and further developing a varied client portfolio, fostering client relationships at C-suite level, managing client satisfaction and meeting all client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the account portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting client commitments and milestones.
- Achieve account retention and revenue growth targets through proactive identification of opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
- Develop and manage effective relationships with clients, providing strategic account planning and execution.
- Represent Computershare at events, conferences, and client forums, conducting fee reviews and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to budget and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a client service and sales-focused environment, with a strong track record of achieving budgeted goals and key metrics.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and well-developed commercial acumen, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Understanding or experience in a similar role in professional services, financial services, or technology, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
