Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to enhance our operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience, and is situated in a thriving industry.

Our client is a prominent player in the design, production, and distribution of high-quality precast concrete solutions for various sectors, including commercial, civil, and residential projects.
Working Hours
The standard working hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of an earlier start time.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage customer inquiries and orders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assess customer requirements, negotiate expectations, and provide updates on production timelines and inventory status.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and inquiries using established systems.
- Ensure efficient handover of product and delivery details to the Transport Coordinator.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to gain insights into key projects and delivery commitments.
- Monitor project timelines, schedule follow-ups, and adjust delivery schedules as necessary.
- Prepare quotes and track outcomes to determine success rates.
- Address customer complaints by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and following up to confirm satisfaction.
- Oversee the purchasing and management of stock levels for resale items.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to business improvements.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support branch operations as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, including strong listening, questioning, and writing abilities. They should be adept at working collaboratively within a team, managing complex inquiries, and resolving issues using diverse information sources.
Essential Qualities
Key attributes include a proactive approach to process improvement, excellent planning and organizational skills, and effective self-management of performance, time, and stress. Adaptability to new technologies and systems, including enterprise software and Microsoft Office Suite, is crucial.
Qualifications
- Licenses: A current and unrestricted driver's license; a valid forklift license is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the building or construction sector or related fields (manufacturing/supply chain); experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
