Client Services Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Service Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic National Team, which excels in providing top-tier risk management solutions tailored for mid-market clients. Our extensive network spans across Australia, ensuring representation in every State capital along with a broad regional branch presence.
In the capacity of a Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Client Managers to meet their objectives and budgetary targets. This position is centered around customer engagement, encompassing the complete renewal process, preparing quotations and placement documentation, submitting reports, managing correspondence, and executing general office responsibilities.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to embark on a career in insurance within a stimulating, fast-paced, and collaborative setting.

- Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
- Highly organized with superior time management capabilities

- Prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is advantageous
