Job Title: Security Control Room Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Control Room Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional security and customer service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional security and customer service
  • Monitor and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
  • Assess and address potential risks
  • Manage access control
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Security License with Control Room Endorsement
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Proven experience in the security industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
