The purpose of the role is to oversee control room operations. Monitor CCTV and communicate with roving security officers to address issues relating to security breaches, alarms and other situations.

About the role
- MSS Security is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for the University of Melbourne. In this fast-paced role, you will monitor surveillance systems, manage incident responses, coordinate communication between security personnel and emergency services, oversee access control and visitor management, respond to emergencies, and handle daily phone inquiries. - Full Australian Working Rights
- Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Proven control room experience
- Current Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Current drivers licence
- Availability to work a 24*7 rotating roster
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
