Control Room Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the security and safety of assigned sites, tenants, and visitors by performing control room duties and incident management.
- Operate CCTV systems to monitor premises
- Communicate with emergency services and internal/external stakeholders effectively
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, data logs, and visitor information
- Assess and respond to situations that pose a risk
- Manage two-way radio communication networks and coordinate security personnel deployment
- Control access to personnel, employees, and visitors
Key qualifications include:
- A current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer software
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and experience with Fire-Panels
- Familiarity with software applications such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- A valid Driver's licence with transport privileges
This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
