Control Room Specialist

This is an exciting position to join our organization as a Control Room Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of security and safety services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems for effective surveillance and incident management.
- Liaise with emergency services and internal stakeholders to respond to incidents and maintain a safe environment.
- Compile accurate reports and data logs to track security activities and response times.
- Assess and respond to risk situations using standard operating procedures.
- Operate two-way radio communication networks for security personnel and manage their deployment.
- Manage access control for personnel and visitors.
Requirements:
- Possessing a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
- Strong administrative skills, computer competency, and excellent email etiquette.
- Able to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.
- Familiarity with software such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid Driver's licence with transport.
