About the Role
  • Monitor multiple CCTV screens to detect and respond to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Incident Response: Monitor CCTV screens to promptly identify and address security concerns.

  3. Reporting and Compliance: Compile accurate reports and adhere to organizational procedures for camera footage management.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders during security incidents.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid Victorian security licence with Control Room Operator endorsement is required.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a health-related control room environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently is necessary.
