MSS Security is seeking professional and highly motivated Corporate Control Room Operators to join our team as full-time relief officers at ISPT sites, working on a 24*7 rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity
  • Operate and manage access control systems, including doors, gates, and visitor entry
  • Maintain constant communication with patrol teams via radio
  • Maintain detailed shift reports and activity logs
  • Assist in investigations by providing CCTV footage and incident data
  • Track and document shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations

Skills & Experience:

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Certificate II in security operations (or higher)
  • Victorian Security License
  • Driver's License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR
  • Proficiency in CCTV Milestone and Integriti Access Control systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and security.
