Estimator and Business Growth Manager

We're seeking an ambitious Senior Estimator to drive business growth and lead our Melbourne Metro region team at Boral Asphalt. This exciting opportunity will see you develop and execute our business development strategy, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
With a strong background in estimating, preferably in asphalt, spray sealing, civil, or road construction/maintenance, you'll be responsible for managing our work pipeline, pricing projects, and mentoring junior staff members.
Your success will be measured by your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, while driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
You can expect a competitive salary package, including a tool-of-trade vehicle, plus access to ongoing training and development opportunities within Boral Australia.
Average annual salary: $95,000 - $120,000
