About This Role

This challenging position involves fostering and maintaining influential partnerships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving mutual success through aligned technology initiatives and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive strategic priorities and deliver clarity and coherence in all interactions.
  • Develop and execute demand management strategies that align IT initiatives with business priorities, ensuring optimal resource use and maximized business value.
  • Lead a team of Business Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Communicate IT initiatives clearly to the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in business relationship management, preferably within a global professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT service delivery integration.
  • Experience in IT service management and delivery; proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to set annual work priorities for self and team aligned with broader business unit goals.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives at business and BU levels.
