About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to your team, helping them excel in their roles.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Translate business problems and objectives into clear and actionable projects that drive results.
Requirements
  • Solid experience as a senior client service professional in an integrated agency environment or a creative agency.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand how to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
