Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, driving business growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts, lead business reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop new sales opportunities from existing customers, achieve yearly growth targets, and generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop operationally and commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts within commercial and operational parameters defined by the product team.
  • Ensure acquisition of new target customers, enhance existing customer relationships, and retain and expand Hellmann Worldwide Logistics business.
  • Deliver multiple returns on investment as defined in the individual incentive scheme.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General Freight Forwarding/Sales Training
  • 8 years minimum experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Experience/success in auto vertical projects and tender process management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
