About the Role

The Front Office Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless check-ins and departures for guests. This dynamic role requires a strong team leader who can motivate and train others to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front office staff to ensure efficient processing of guest arrivals and departures
  • Handle guest complaints and internal customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage room allocations and safety deposit boxes according to hotel policy
  • Assist in rostering staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of security for guests, staff, and hotel property

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager or Team Leader in a four- or five-star hotel environment
  • Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and train others
  • Diploma level or higher qualification in business, tourism, or hotel management (advantageous)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with advanced proficiency in English
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Superior customer service skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities
