Accor, a leading hospitality company, is looking for a highly skilled Front Office Team Lead to join their team at the 4.5-star hotel, Mantra on Little Bourke in Melbourne.
Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of the Front Office department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to provide strong and effective communication and guidance to the Front Office team. Your goal will be to create an environment that fosters job fulfillment and career development opportunities within AccorHotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office department in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Ensure seamless guest experiences through prompt feedback and resolution of issues
- Develop and implement new incentives to boost colleague motivation and revenue
- Utilize staff planning, scheduling, and budgeting to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in leading teams in Front Office roles. Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and think critically to resolve issues under pressure are essential. Sihot knowledge is an asset, but not required. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to making both colleagues and guests smile.
