About You- You're a driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You have leadership and interpersonal strengths that will enable you to maximize the Rooms Operations.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
- Liaise with Housekeeping department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure service standards are maintained in all areas, driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
