The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Operator. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve individual and team goals and targets as they relate to servicing our members, as set out with the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to existing members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Leader to achieve individual and team goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our services and processes
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience in a similar position or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
  • Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous
