We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sika Australia.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is captured.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical Representatives, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales Team to ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-year previous experience in a high-level Customer Service environment.
  • Skills: Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Relevant education or training in a field related to customer service or a related field.
