The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve individual and team goals and targets as they relate to servicing our members, as set out with the Team Leader. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and emails, and providing a high level of service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet individual and team goals and targets as set out with the Team Leader
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and emails
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
