Job Title: Customer Service Officer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at Wheelchair Transport Service, Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and empathetic communication to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process a variety of transactions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our shared service guidelines.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex customer inquiries to the relevant teams, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assessments and discussions to ensure individual and team performance objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on transactional accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Be technologically savvy, able to adapt to various software and systems.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have prior customer service and general accounts administration experience.
  • Team Player: Be an excellent team player with robust communication skills (written and verbal).
