Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic systems.
  • Onboard new clients by engaging their teams in the launch process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows to deliver presentations and provide application assistance.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an application specialist role, preferably with a focus on haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional national and international travel.
