Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic systems.
- Onboard new clients by engaging their teams in the launch process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.
- Travel to client sites, industry events, and trade shows to deliver presentations and provide application assistance.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an application specialist role, preferably with a focus on haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional national and international travel.
