Clinical Applications Specialist - HPM WA

At Philips International, we are seeking a commercially minded clinical professional to take on a dynamic position of a Clinical Applications Specialist for a 12-month contract within our Hospital Patient Monitoring and General Care portfolio.

About the Role:

We are looking for a clinical professional with a strong background in critical care/ICU to provide clinical education and applications support to potential and existing Philips Healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical support throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship, working in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations, right through the sales cycle to installation and post-sale training, applications and support.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding customer needs and competitive activity.
  3. Initiate, develop, and implement educational presentations and training to existing and future customers.
  4. Travel extensively across ANZ, with a willingness to visit new and existing customers.
