
Document Solutions Sales Professional

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving growth in the document solutions market. Your key focus areas will include establishing new business relationships, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the South Australian market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end-users, and industry influencers
- Provide product demonstrations, sales concepts, and training to all levels of the organization
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a minimum of 4 years of account management or business development experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
- Strong understanding of the document solutions/print channel space, including products like copiers, printers, and scanners
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders
- Minimum 4 years of account management or business development experience
- Proven sales track record in IT or printing
