Business Development Role

The company is seeking a driven Business Development professional to promote and support channel engagement with end-users, focusing on selling print solutions and products related to document solutions.

This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities and expanding our business while maintaining and growing existing business through effective management of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets set by the Regional Manager
  • Establish new business in targeted vertical markets
  • Maintain and grow existing business through effective management of key accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, decision makers, end-users, and industry influencers
  • Provide product demonstrations and sales concepts to all levels
  • Keep accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of earning customer trust and loyalty
  • Knowledge of the document solutions/print channel space including products like copiers, printers, and scanners
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Minimum 4 years of account management or business development experience
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proven sales track record in IT or printing, preferred
  • Good knowledge of professional photo printing, digital print workflows, color management, and managed print services
  • Ability to manage customer expectations from start to finish of the sales process
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
