Job Role Summary:

A highly organised Sales Support professional is required to ensure seamless coordination and customer service. In this role, you will act as the key link between management and the sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value customer accounts and complex sales enquiries
  • Prepare and review contracts, project documentation, and quotations
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for timely delivery
  • Monitor sales performance data and identify areas for growth

  • Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
