Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated technical solutions specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of the business.

About the Opportunity

This role will involve providing technical designs and solutions throughout the sales cycle to ensure our partners and customers know the full value of our video and audio offerings. You will work closely with the sales team to continue to position us as the market leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process including delivering solutions and demonstrations to customers
  • Develop technical written presales material
  • Proactive in new business opportunities when communicating with partners
  • Work with integrators and technology partners during the project sales process
  • Work cohesively across multiple departments (internally & externally) to ensure we get the best outcomes for our partners
  • Construct and deliver technology and/or customer-specific training
  • Provide technical updates to our partners
  • Attend and represent us at industry trade shows and events
Qualification And Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
  • Ideal experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role in the field of network video and/or physical security markets
  • Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Good organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities and time for customer needs
