We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our APAC Retail team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with merchants in the APAC market to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions that add value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted representative to customers, understanding their requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Building trust and rapport, demonstrating active listening to support upselling and account growth.
