About the RoleThis is a key role in our business, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer engagement. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Utilise market insights, data analytics, and category expertise to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Present new product developments and category initiatives to our customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
Negotiate and manage trading terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyse customer performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximise financial performance.
Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Commerce or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management across both offline and online specialist retail channels.
Strong project management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Power BI.
