
Business Development Professional

Seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth and revenue through strategic account management. As a key partner in clients' business strategies, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 3 accounts in the Franchise and Broker sectors.
About This RoleThis role requires a proactive approach to account planning with a focus on long-term relationship building and sustainable revenue growth within the franchise and business-for-sale sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying expansion opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic positioning of SEEK Business as a key partner in clients' business strategies
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and present growth opportunities
- Execute contract negotiations focused on relationship development and revenue optimization
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions using SEEK Business's full product suite
- Lead introduction and adoption of new products suited to each client's specific requirements
- Provide customer insights to internal teams to inform platform enhancements
- Utilize performance analytics and market data to guide solution recommendations
- Conduct customer research to create detailed engagement strategies
- Manage client participation in SEEK Business events and initiatives
- Represent the voice of the customer across internal stakeholder groups
- Work with Customer Service, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Coordinate with third-party advisors to strengthen client relationships and market positioning
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions
- A strong understanding of the franchise and business-for-sale sector
