Senior Portfolio and Lending Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio and Lending Manager to join our BOQ Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing external and internal stakeholders, collaborating with business partners across the group, and mentoring junior team members.
You will prepare credit memorandums, business review papers, annual reviews, oversee documentation, ensure program compliance, conduct dashboard reporting analysis, provide relationship support, and oversee the Structured Finance Audit Programme from a 1st line perspective.

- Manage both external and internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Risk Assessment, Credit Assessment, or Analyst role in a commercial lending environment. You should have experience writing detailed credit submissions and presenting to senior management, knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to critically analyse Financial Statements.
You should possess superior financial analysis skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. A demonstrated sense of urgency, focus on follow-through, and the ability to close deals are essential.
