ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ANZ Distribution Partner Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in scaling the delivery of industry-leading partner programs that support the AWS distribution partner cohort in building and differentiating their high-value products, solutions, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of technology services distribution programs in ANZ
- Develop structured processes around onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations
- Work across regional sales and partner teams to nurture a cohort of strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners
- Serve as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy
- Own reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
- Utilize salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics
