The Opportunity

">

As a Senior People professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR, you will oversee high-volume workplace investigations and guide managers and employees on legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and HR policies. You will partner with City leaders to drive a high-performing culture and represent the HR function at a senior level both internally and externally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations Management: Oversee and support end-to-end HR case management, with a strong focus on workplace investigations and performance matters.">
  • HR Compliance: Guide managers and employees on national employment standards and relevant workplace legislation.">

  • Qualifications: Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.">
  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience handling high-volume investigations in blue-collar or service-based industries.">
  • Employee Relations: Proven experience in addressing conflict resolution, grievance management, and promoting a positive workplace environment.">
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of national employment standards and relevant workplace legislation.">
  • Professional Representation: Ability to represent the HR function at a senior level both internally and externally.">

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
